Leads semiconductor process engineering teams supporting 300mm high-volume manufacturing. Owns tool installation, process release, capacity enablement, cost reduction, sustaining engineering, excursion response, root-cause resolution, SPC governance, and continuous improvement. Partners with manufacturing, equipment, integration, technology, yield, operations, and facilities teams while reporting operational performance to senior leadership.

Leads a cross-functional semiconductor process engineering team developing advanced analog technology. Oversees process optimization across major wafer-fabrication modules, process integration, root-cause resolution, technology transfer, and concurrent development programs. Manages workforce planning, performance, succession, and talent development while coordinating with integration, device, equipment, manufacturing, and operations teams. Leads a semiconductor manufacturing engineering section responsible for factory-wide defect metrology, yield improvement, excursion management, process control, and quality systems. Manages engineers and technicians, drives SPC governance and automated containment, presents performance updates to executive leadership, and champions AI-enabled manufacturing and continuous improvement across multiple wafer-fabrication technology nodes.

Evaluates, selects, installs, upgrades, maintains, and supports semiconductor manufacturing equipment. The role monitors equipment performance and reliability, improves uptime, resolves manufacturing-impacting equipment issues, supports repair and process engineering teams, and develops preventive maintenance programs. Expertise with semiconductor equipment, vacuum technologies, cleanroom protocols, SPC, and equipment monitoring is preferred.

Participate in a rotational human resources development program supporting HR business partnering and specialist functions such as recruiting, compensation, employee relations, and development. Analyze workforce needs, develop HR solutions, support talent and training initiatives, improve recruiting and communication strategies, and complete hands-on projects with business leaders. The program includes formal training, networking, and potential international assignments before placement on a permanent HR team.

Participate in pricing strategy, operations, analytics, and customer pricing execution. Interns help establish pricing guidelines, analyze market and competitive data, identify trends, recommend price adjustments, collaborate with regional and business teams, and develop or refine tools supporting pricing analysis and revenue growth.

Participate in TI’s Career Accelerator Program while supporting customers with semiconductor applications, technical solutions, product positioning, testing, debugging, and system-level problem solving. Applications Engineers develop end-equipment expertise, help define future products, provide technical support, and collaborate with customers and internal teams. The role includes hands-on lab work, technical training, and exposure to product marketing and digital marketing.

Design and verify digital integrated circuits, including processor architectures, memory-management units, multicore systems, and cache systems. Responsibilities include defining specifications, analyzing architecture trade-offs, participating in design reviews, supervising IC layouts, developing behavioral models, characterizing prototypes, and coordinating product testing and releases. The program also provides exposure to design verification and analog design through training and on-the-job projects.

The Talent Development Business Partner will lead talent strategies, conduct organizational analysis, and enhance talent development programs while collaborating with senior leaders and HR partners.
