Manage and grow assigned logistics accounts by maintaining client relationships, handling day-to-day operations, quoting, identifying growth opportunities, coordinating internally to ensure consistent load management and customer satisfaction.

Provide on-site email, phone, and walk-up technical support; deploy and maintain Windows/Mac workstations, network infrastructure, AV/conference room equipment, printers, and signage. Troubleshoot network and security incidents, manage users via Active Directory and Microsoft 365, use Intune/Autopilot for device management, handle ticketing in Jira, maintain documentation in Confluence, support VOIP and access control systems, and assist onboarding/offboarding. Travel up to 20% and work flexible hours as required.
