Produce and revise technical drawings, layouts, and plans using CET Designer, AutoCAD, Revit, and SketchUp. Support product application, selection, and installation sequencing; liaise with sales, vendors, pricing, operations, and installation teams to move opportunities from pre-quote to order readiness. Provide subject-matter expertise for specialty product lines and ensure designs meet space, constructability, and customer requirements.

Prepare, scan, index, validate, and assemble high-volume documents accurately under time-sensitive production standards. Maintain KODAK scanners, meet hourly/impressions-per-hour targets, adhere to HIPAA, perform data entry, and occasionally travel to client sites.

Generate and qualify B2B leads through outbound outreach, research, social selling, and CRM management; nurture prospects, schedule meetings, and hand off qualified opportunities to Account Executives while supporting GTM and ABM tactics.
