The intern creates and proofreads campaign content, prepares visual assets, analyzes performance data, develops reports, identifies optimization opportunities, and helps ensure timely delivery of campaign materials.

Lead SaaS implementations for government agency clients, managing project lifecycles, business requirements, platform configuration, prototypes, testing, issue resolution, documentation, training, and cross-functional coordination. Serve as the primary implementation contact and coordinate handoff to Client Success, Operations, and Support while ensuring solutions meet client and product specifications.
