Lead ALM data governance, architecture, and analytics to support month-end ALM processes and modeling. Oversee data ingestion, quality rules, lineage, reconciliations, and automation. Partner with finance, modeling, technology, and stakeholders to ensure accurate ALM reporting, risk measurement (IRR/NII/EVE), and regulatory compliance while improving processes and controls.

Lead development and validation of predictive and machine-learning models for credit risk; manage projects and coach team members; coordinate data capture, ETL, and governance; recommend analytical solutions, improve data procedures, and communicate technical results to non-technical senior stakeholders.
