Oversees content planning, development, execution, performance optimization, stakeholder coordination, vendor relationships, and marketing programs across channels. Manages marketing employees, collaborates with product, sales, technical, agency, and internal compliance teams, and ensures programs meet legal, regulatory, and company policy requirements.

Provides product, system, sales process, contract, and compensation support to internal sales teams and external sales partners. Demonstrates payment terminals and software, assists with contract selection, resolves compensation issues, processes vendor certification requests, validates platform vendors, maintains internal information sites, and communicates card scheme and pricing changes. Requires customer service, communication, multitasking, data interpretation, and payment industry knowledge.
