Two-year development program embedding recent military officers in Bank of Americas Strategy & Business Ventures to drive strategic growth initiatives across Consumer & Small Business. Analyze current-state processes, identify risks and pain points, recommend interim and target-state solutions, and drive continuous improvement with stakeholders and change management. Present executive-level recommendations and support program strategy and implementation.

Manage and evolve the bank's global payments and FX platform: monitor capacity and performance, troubleshoot with tech and ops, assess regulatory and market trends, define target-state strategy, own requirements and scope for new market deployments, govern schedules and budgets, and prioritize defect management during deployments.

Support development, execution, and improvement of enterprise independent testing for business processes and controls. Perform process analysis, data gathering/validation, test execution, documentation, issue escalation, and results analysis. Collaborate with business partners to standardize and automate testing, and build expertise in risk management, testing methodologies, and data analytics.

The Infrastructure Engineer will design and deploy CTI Platform services, develop Infrastructure-as-Code solutions, and improve service reliability through automation and collaboration, promoting DevOps best practices.

Provide financial advice via a contact center using Bank of America and Merrill solutions.
