Oversees financial crimes investigations involving fraud, money laundering, and terrorist financing. Reviews and approves cases, ensures accurate and timely Suspicious Activity Reports, manages law enforcement interactions, evaluates internal controls, escalates risks, and leads quality control, training, monitoring, and investigative support activities. The role may also manage investigators and is responsible for coaching, talent development, operational excellence, and regulatory compliance.

Lead the development and launch of digital asset products within Global Payments. Translate client needs and strategic priorities into product requirements, solution designs, business cases, and implementation roadmaps. Collaborate with technology, operations, risk, legal, compliance, and external partners to manage architecture, integrations, milestones, dependencies, scalability, operational readiness, and commercialization.
