Manage long sales cycles, build C-level relationships, drive proposals and contracting, coordinate with internal teams, maintain pipeline in Salesforce, and frequently travel to customers to achieve revenue targets and account expansion.

Lead end-to-end product development of enterprise-grade AI-powered healthcare solutions (generative AI, LLMs, RAG, automation). Drive roadmap, customer validation, cross-functional execution, measurable adoption, and business outcomes while mentoring product practices.

Own cross-team, platform-level engineering initiatives end-to-end: architecture, migrations, observability, on-call, and customer outcomes. Drive AI-native tooling and agentic AI adoption, mentor senior engineers, and set technical standards across teams.
