Own positioning, messaging, launches, and feature-release support for Acquia Source (CMS and DAM). Operate with an AI-first approach to strategy and execution.

Manage a high-volume book of existing SaaS customers to drive upsell and expansion revenue. Prospect for whitespace, execute territory plans, own customer relationships end-to-end, coordinate with Customer Success, Support, and Renewals, and maintain CRM and sales records to ensure retention and growth.

Lead design, documentation, and rollout of partner programs (including a Resell Program), establish partner operating rhythm and governance, build onboarding/on-ramp playbooks, drive partner portal and process improvements, collaborate cross-functionally, and serve as a partner-facing program lead attending events and advisory councils.

Own and scale Acquia's Technology Alliance Partnerships: set strategy, manage strategic partners (AWS, ISVs, OEMs), drive co-sell and marketplace motions, recruit and launch integrations, build OEM revenue models, align partners with Product, execute joint GTM with Marketing and Sales, and lead a team of alliance managers to generate partner-sourced pipeline.

Drive enterprise new-business sales for Acquia by developing go-to-market strategies, prospecting C-level stakeholders, building pipeline, negotiating contracts, meeting quota, maintaining Salesforce data hygiene, mentoring BDRs, and growing partner and System Integrator relationships.
