Investigates and reconstructs motor vehicle collisions through scene analysis, vehicle inspections, EDR data, physical evidence, photography, and engineering calculations. Determines speeds, impact angles, velocity changes, collision dynamics, and event sequences. Prepares technical reports, communicates findings to attorneys, insurers, and law enforcement, and provides litigation support and courtroom testimony. Uses LIDAR, drones, total stations, photogrammetry, mapping tools, and reconstruction software while independently managing assignments and maintaining chain-of-custody documentation.
