Supports the Transformation Office through enterprise KPI reporting, performance analysis, executive dashboards, governance materials, and strategic insights. The role identifies risks and opportunities, validates initiative updates, tracks decisions and action items, and prepares executive, board, and investor-ready reporting. It partners with Finance and senior leaders to connect transformation progress with business outcomes and uses Power BI to develop dashboards.

Own short-, mid-, and long-term demand forecasts across SKUs, customers, and channels. Lead demand planning within S&OP, evaluate forecast accuracy, incorporate commercial and new-product signals, and translate demand into supply and capacity requirements. Partner with Sales, Marketing, Finance, Operations, Procurement, and Inventory teams to identify risks and scenarios. Improve forecasting processes, governance, tools, documentation, and planning capabilities in a regulated manufacturing environment.
