Performs management, technical, and business case analyses for aircraft, weapon, and project acquisition programs. Evaluates objectives, requirements, budgets, schedules, and program status; organizes and interprets project data; tracks schedules; and applies government documentation, change control, and data management processes. Lead end-to-end systems engineering for Navy mission planning products, from concept development through deployment and lifecycle support. Responsibilities include requirements, integration and testing, configuration management, engineering change proposals, security compliance, technical documentation, cost and risk analysis, program planning, and stakeholder coordination. The role supports classified systems, CI/CD monitoring, system authorization, deployment, and maintenance while advising leadership and collaborating with military personnel, contractors, and cross-functional engineering teams.

Supports defense acquisition programs by developing milestone, funding, procurement, performance, contract data, and baseline documentation. Assesses program procedures and documentation for compliance with DoD and SECNAV directives, contracts, specifications, and mission requirements. Prepares reports, briefs, correspondence, and review materials; participates in meetings and boards; and performs duties independently. The role requires extensive acquisition experience, strong communication skills, Microsoft Office proficiency, a relevant advanced degree or equivalent experience, U.S. citizenship, and an active DoD Secret clearance.
