Leads financial administration and fiscal management for major construction projects. Responsibilities include project accounting, forecasting, financial closeout, risk and opportunity analysis, change management review, work-in-process reporting, and financial risk mitigation. The role supervises and trains direct reports, supports project teams, communicates concerns to leadership, and may travel up to 50% depending on project location.

Leads multifamily real estate development opportunities in the Charlotte market, including sourcing, relationship development, transaction structuring, feasibility analysis, approvals, consultant and contractor coordination, financing support, construction oversight, leasing support, and dispositions. Builds and maintains regional networks, presents projects to executive and investment committees, negotiates agreements, and supports capital market activities. Regional and occasional out-of-region travel is required.
