Designs and governs PANTHERx’s semantic layer on Databricks, including Unity Catalog metric views, Gold-layer tables, promotion logic, and reusable data products. Leads and scales the enterprise Business Analyst practice within Informatics. Establishes requirements methodology, documentation standards, quality benchmarks, career frameworks, and review processes. Manages analyst assignments across software, data, and infrastructure workstreams; partners with Product, Clinical Informatics, QA, engineering, and business stakeholders to ensure requirements are complete, testable, and delivery-ready. Coaches analysts, supports intake and prioritization, and resolves requirements-quality issues.

Builds, operates, and owns enterprise data warehouse pipelines and models on Databricks. Develops Delta Lake batch and streaming pipelines across Bronze, Silver, and Gold layers; implements data quality, reconciliation, observability, governance, and performance improvements. The role owns assigned data domains, supports event-driven ingestion, documents architecture and runbooks, responds to incidents, collaborates with QA and governance teams, and mentors data engineers.

Leads data quality assurance strategy, test planning, execution, automation, regression coverage, and defect management for data pipelines, data products, and analytics outputs. Establishes validation checkpoints and quality metrics, evaluates data QA tooling, and partners with Data Engineering, Analytics, Informatics, and Data Governance. The role also manages QA practitioners and advances the organization from ad hoc scripting to structured, ASTQB-aligned testing methodology.
