Analyzes recruitment, retention, workforce, demographic, and HR data to identify trends and support talent management decisions. Develops dashboards, reports, metrics, and presentations for leadership; audits workforce data quality and compliance; recommends process improvements; and supports recruiting-related projects, systems implementation, testing, documentation, and cross-functional coordination.

Oversees engineering support teams, budgets, safety programs, and entry into service for new aircraft types.

Administer and troubleshoot talent systems, including iCIMS, while developing workflow automations and AI-enabled agents for Talent Acquisition and People Team processes. Responsibilities include system configuration, reporting, data quality, process improvement, project support, documentation, user training, change management, and stakeholder/vendor collaboration. The role also supports the company’s Safety Management System and requires troubleshooting, technical support, and responsible handling of automation and AI solutions.

Leads PSA Airlines’ enterprise leadership development strategy, including leadership capabilities, succession development, onboarding, manager effectiveness, transformation, and AI-enabled learning. Partners with senior operational and corporate leaders to identify capability gaps, redesign development programs, establish readiness and impact metrics, and provide executive updates. Oversees scalable, technology-enabled learning solutions and supports the company’s Safety Management System, Safety Risk Management, and Safety Assurance activities.

Designs, develops, maintains, and evaluates aviation training curricula across e-learning, instructor-led, blended, and multimedia formats. Conducts needs analyses, applies instructional design methodologies and adult learning principles, collaborates with subject matter experts, and creates training videos and related assets. Ensures content meets organizational, compliance, safety, and industry requirements while managing multiple projects, timelines, resources, and deliverables. Uses feedback, performance data, and learning metrics to improve training effectiveness.

Coordinates pilot and flight attendant training schedules, qualification records, instructor assignments, travel logistics, and regulatory training documentation. Maintains accurate records in Comply, CrewTrac, and MINT; adjusts schedules and travel as needed; audits records; prepares flight-decision data; and supports the company’s Safety Management System. The role requires strong organization, communication, administrative experience, and Excel proficiency.

Leads contracts and supplier performance for PSA Airlines, including supplier measurement, scorecards, TCO analysis, contract administration, business reviews, and analytical modeling. Drives continuous improvement, strategic sourcing support, safety and compliance initiatives, process optimization, and cost savings. Manages a team, develops future leaders, and oversees Safety Management System risk and assurance outputs. Collaborates with legal and cross-functional stakeholders while maintaining supplier commitments and contract metrics.
