Executive Director responsible for driving business development and strategic sponsor relationships for Phase I–II clinical development programs. Collaborates cross-functionally with clinical operations, medical, finance, and feasibility teams while providing market insight to guide capability development and growth. Represents the organization at sponsor meetings and industry conferences.

The Staff Accountant manages accounts payable and receivable, site cash boxes, payroll, and employee time-off requests. The role also supports employee onboarding and offboarding, building access management, and administrative coordination. Success requires strong organization, confidentiality, attention to detail, communication, time management, basic computer skills, and familiarity with clinical research regulations, GCP, ICH guidelines, and medical terminology.

Supports accounting operations in a multi-entity environment, including month-end close, GAAP-compliant journal entries, financial schedules, fixed assets, credit cards, Concur expenses, vendor payments, payroll, reconciliations, government reporting, 1099 reporting, and internal controls. Responds to inquiries, troubleshoots issues, and helps improve finance processes.
