Lead dock and shipment operations to ensure on-time, damage-free freight movement. Support Securities & Corporate Law team by managing subsidiary matters, SEC filing support, board meeting records, corporate governance documents, M&A due diligence, virtual data rooms, and cross-departmental coordination to ensure timely legal operations.

Provide financial analysis, forecasting, and business planning support to operations and management. Prepare variance analysis, presentations for executives, develop models and tools, support ad-hoc analytical requests, and lead finance-related projects to inform decision-making.
