Build and operate production-ready LLM-powered agents for commercial banking customer service. Design, develop, and support cloud-native automation and AI agent workflows using Python, RPA, LangChain, and LangGraph. Integrate solutions with enterprise systems through REST APIs and databases, containerize services with Docker, operate deployments on AWS, support CI/CD pipelines, and implement logging, error handling, and monitoring.

Design, develop, and maintain full-stack web applications, including responsive front ends, scalable back-end services, APIs, databases, and cloud-native integrations. Architects secure solutions using major AI platforms and oversees OpenShift, Kubernetes, and CI/CD deployment pipelines. Establishes Python, TypeScript, and React engineering practices; guides prompt engineering, model evaluation, observability, and responsible AI controls. Manages and mentors engineering pods, coordinates Agile delivery, partners with stakeholders, and ensures cybersecurity, privacy, compliance, and model risk requirements are met.

Design, develop, test, and maintain scalable banking platform components, including APIs, microservices, distributed systems, and workflow processing. Provide deployment guidance, technical consultation, monitoring, quality engineering, and automated workflows. Collaborate with architecture, product, operations, and technology teams to resolve complex issues. Mentor junior engineers and guide delivery planning, estimation, backlog grooming, and velocity management while contributing to technology frameworks and enterprise solutions.
