Manage 1–2 direct reports, coordinate remediation, leverage AI/LLM tools, participate in incident management, and communicate compliance posture and risk trends to executives and the board.

Lead government software implementation projects from kickoff through go-live and transition to support. Manage scope, schedules, budgets, resources, risks, client relationships, reporting, documentation, and change control across multiple concurrent projects. Coordinate implementation, product, and support teams, present status to executives and government stakeholders, and contribute to PMO governance, tools, templates, and delivery methodology improvements.

Leads and coaches Product Managers and Product Owners while owning roadmap strategy, backlog priorities, product initiatives, KPIs, and delivery plans. Partners with engineering, UX, agile teams, government clients, implementation teams, and customer success to align product direction and execution.
