Implement and configure RSA Archer GRC platform, integrate and manage internal/external data feeds, develop dashboards and operational metrics, advise on compliance/privacy impacts and controls, plan upgrades/patching, and support Archer-related modules and best practices.

Lead design and deployment of logical and physical data models for transactional and analytical systems. Perform source analysis, data profiling, and collaborate with DBAs for performance tuning. Support development teams during design and implementation, contribute to modeling processes and guidelines, and participate in business and IT planning for data initiatives.
