Plan and execute a diverse portfolio of college events—focused on fundraising, donor stewardship, and arts partnerships—from concept through onsite production. Manage vendors, campus liaisons, budgets, registration, event communications, and logistics. Support peak-season programs, ensure high-quality attendee experiences, and perform physical setup tasks; evenings and weekends required.

Support, maintain, and help design secure on-campus and cloud-based HPC and research computing environments. Collaborate with faculty and teams to deploy computational resources, provide user guidance, troubleshoot systems, and coordinate with external cyberinfrastructure providers.

Conduct prospect research and analysis to produce written profiles, ratings, and data lists. Serve as primary HR contact managing full employee lifecycle: recruitment, onboarding/offboarding, benefits support, employee relations, compliance, HRIS recordkeeping, reporting, and process improvements to boost engagement and retention.

Lead personalized stewardship for principal donors: maintain Top 200 prospects, develop customized stewardship plans and reports, coordinate donor events and recognition, manage gift documentation and scholarship engagement, collaborate with development teams and campus partners to demonstrate impact and foster future philanthropy.

Operate and manage live and studio audio recording, mixing, editing, and archival for the Music Department; run soundboards for performances; manage Tyler-Tallman Hall operations and technical issues; maintain labs and studios, coordinate hardware/software purchases and upgrades, train and supervise work-study students, and support faculty and students with audio technologies and emergency livestream/recording needs.

Manage intramural leagues, tournaments, and special events; recruit, train, and supervise ~30 student staff; oversee aquatics facilities for safety and regulatory compliance; handle marketing, program administration, risk management, and customer service for collegiate recreation.

Provide Tier 1 campus network support and field infrastructure work: troubleshoot physical connectivity, maintain switches/APs/UPS, perform cable testing and closet upkeep, assist senior engineers with firmware, change control, wireless surveys, and campus construction support.

Manage one-time acquisitions from identification through invoicing and shelf-ready processing; perform basic cataloging and metadata description; communicate with vendors, faculty, and students; oversee fiscal tracking and invoices; supervise student staff; support collection development, inventory, and policy/workflow improvements to increase equitable access.
