Owns the full employee lifecycle, including recruiting, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, compliance, retention, investigations, and separations. Advises leaders, oversees hiring processes and recruiting partners, develops scalable HR tools and programs, tracks workforce metrics, and ensures consistent documentation and employment practices. Partners with payroll and benefits leadership to support employee experience, compliance, and operational excellence.
