The Senior Accountant will support multi-entity financial close, GAAP-compliant reporting, cash and banking accounting, payroll journal entries, intercompany reconciliations, consolidations, and external audits. The role will also maintain Paycom GL mapping, reconcile data across ERP systems, prepare audit schedules, and drive automation, standardization, system implementation, and reporting improvements in a complex manufacturing environment.

Manage and grow strategic B2B accounts by developing account plans, driving revenue and margin, onboarding new customers, leading commercial negotiations, providing forecasts, and using CRM/analytics to support cross-functional execution and customer engagement.
