Leads engineering execution for complex power generation projects, managing multidisciplinary teams and coordinating engineering deliverables, schedules, budgets, quality, procurement, construction, commissioning, and client interfaces. Partner with engineering leaders on hiring strategies, build talent pipelines, source passive candidates, assess applicants, provide market intelligence, negotiate offers, and track recruiting effectiveness. The role is hybrid, supports multiple U.S. locations, and requires up to 25% travel for recruiting initiatives, conferences, networking, and business activities.
