Provide front-desk reception, phone and email handling, mail and supply management, scheduling, filing, basic bookkeeping, onboarding support, vendor coordination, and general administrative assistance to keep the office organized and operational.

Provide real-time customer support via live chat, handling multiple conversations, troubleshooting issues, escalating when needed, documenting interactions, reporting trends, maintaining product knowledge, meeting performance metrics, and offering basic upsells when appropriate.

Provide remote administrative support including calendar and email management, document and report preparation, CRM and database maintenance, basic bookkeeping and expense tracking, travel coordination, project coordination, data entry, and confidential support for leadership.
