Generate new business by building relationships, attending industry events, and following the sales process. Track activity in Salesforce, create proposals, collaborate on marketing, and maintain a strong book of business while meeting KPIs and traveling within the assigned region.

Lead the accounting function including financial reporting, internal controls, treasury, tax, M&A due diligence and integration, and team development. Prepare GAAP-compliant statements, manage audits and lender reporting, shorten the monthly close, oversee tax filings, and drive risk mitigation and governance across the company while coaching and building a high-performing accounting team.
