Lead pre- and post-sales design, implementation, assessment, and management of Cisco routing/switching, UC, data center, wireless and security solutions. Perform complex network and voice assessments, present findings, implement solutions, mentor team members, and conduct knowledge transfer. Act as a hands-on architect/engineer and team leader (player/coach) focusing on secure, well-documented infrastructures and customer satisfaction.
