Build relationships with builders, contractors, architects, developers, distributors, retailers, and trade associations; create product demand; execute territory business plans; conduct product workshops and sales calls; advise customers on building codes and product performance; and manage pricing, shipping, rebates, and incentives. The role requires independent territory development, frequent customer engagement, promotional activities, negotiation, and travel.
