The role serves banks, credit unions, wealth management firms, and other regulated financial clients while overseeing agreements, technology recommendations, client communications, documentation, and service quality.

Drives new business within an assigned territory and vertical by prospecting, qualifying leads, conducting discovery, presenting tailored technology solutions, and managing the full sales cycle through contract execution. Builds pipeline, partners with internal teams on solution scoping and pricing, tracks sales activity in CRM systems, meets quotas, and stays informed on industry trends and competitive positioning.

Leads cloud services operations, infrastructure improvements, complex issue resolution, customer deployments, maintenance, automation, and technical documentation across private and public cloud environments.
