Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve revenue targets and increase market share. Manage leads and prospect lists, coordinate job walks, bids and estimates, and track large project opportunities from funding to close. Build and maintain client relationships, coordinate with operations and estimating, monitor market and competitor activity, resolve customer complaints, assist with collections, maintain sales records, and conduct local travel for client prospecting and site meetings.
