Process and reconcile accounts payable for designated business units, ensuring timely invoice/payment processing, account reconciliations, and compliance. Serve as point of contact for stakeholder queries, support U.S. Cashiering/Treasury tasks, maintain KPI and management reporting, contribute to cross-functional projects, and monitor regulatory changes affecting IBA operations.

Perform day-to-day accounts receivable and cashiering activities for Howden Specialty LLC, including cash allocation, lockbox and check resolution, account reconciliations, stakeholder support, KPI reporting, and compliance. Serve as a point of contact for account queries, support U.S. Cashiering and Treasury tasks, and contribute to cross-functional projects and process improvements while enforcing policies and regulatory requirements.
