Conducts case law research using Lexis Advance, reviews documents for relevance and privilege, follows up on records, retrieves files, and assists with mediation and trial preparation.

Manage workers' compensation caseload from intake through resolution: conduct file review, legal research, draft briefs and pleadings, handle discovery, represent clients in court, arbitrations, depositions, retain experts, prepare for trial, and collaborate with partners while meeting a 1,950-hour annual billable requirement.
