Responsible for processing vehicle sales billing, verifying cash receipt, maintaining accounting records, and adhering to company policies and safety regulations.

Oversees dealership accounting, bookkeeping, financial reporting, payroll, cash management, budgeting, audits, inventory accounting, controls, and office administration. Supervises and trains accounting staff, supports hiring and HR compliance, provides financial information to management, and ensures adherence to company policies, regulations, safety standards, and customer service expectations.

Records customer payments, maintains accounts receivable records, processes deposits and credit card transactions, reconciles cash balances, researches payment claims and chargebacks, manages credit applications and tax-exempt information, and communicates with customers to update accounts. The role also requires accurate filing, compliance with company procedures, customer service, training participation, and maintaining an organized and safe office environment.

Prepare and submit tax, title, and legal transfer documents for vehicle sales; verify funds; process and assign titles; reconcile and track outstanding titles; maintain schedules and files; assist with audits and DMV interactions; communicate with dealership personnel; maintain company standards and timekeeping.
