Lead the transit authority as chief strategic officer and public representative. Oversee operations, safety, capital program delivery, finance, workforce development, compliance, stakeholder engagement, innovation, and strategic planning to advance safe, reliable, accessible public transportation across the region.

Senior Software Developer to design, build, and maintain .NET/C# and JavaScript applications, integrations, and Cityworks environments. Manage Cityworks instances, databases, SSIS integrations, APIs, cloud deployments, and support application administration backups. Provide advanced administrative and operational support to elected officials, managing calendars, communications, meeting logistics, constituent services, records requests, budget oversight, and special projects. Act as liaison across departments and stakeholders, prepare executive summaries and speaking points, maintain confidential records, and coordinate events and travel.

Lead and manage the City of Charlotte's web services and team, establish enterprise web governance, oversee design/development of websites and CMS, ensure accessibility and analytics-driven improvements, coordinate stakeholders and vendors, and implement web strategy and digital best practices.
