Recruits mid-level and leadership candidates, partners with executive recruiters, manages recruitment databases and confidential records, produces reports, and develops efficient recruitment strategies and processes.

Leads integrated communications strategies for corporate sustainability, translating complex science and financial topics into compelling content for executives, investors, donors, and partners. Drives thought leadership, media visibility, speaking opportunities, digital channel strategy, and cross-functional collaboration. Manages initiatives, budgets, vendors, and potentially staff while positioning the organization as an authority on climate- and nature-positive business outcomes.

Leads international membership technology systems, CRM platforms, analytics, reporting, fundraising operations, data governance, and business processes across multiple countries.
