The Senior AI Engineer will develop and implement advanced AI models, design agent systems, work with cross-functional teams, and ensure project delivery aligns with business needs, focusing on scalability and security of AI solutions.

Manage and review employee time and payroll-ready data for craft and administrative staff, support timesheet accuracy and compliance, resolve pay inquiries, coordinate with Shared Services Payroll and People Practice teams, handle payroll corrections, onboarding/offboarding in payroll systems, support union-related payroll matters, and provide field-facing payroll guidance and travel support for assigned projects.

Prepare, review, and approve payroll-ready time and pay data for craft and administrative employees. Serve as local payroll point of contact, resolve pay and timekeeping issues, support payroll onboarding/offboarding, coordinate with Shared Services and regional teams, ensure compliance with wage/hour rules and union agreements, submit corrections, and support payroll projects and continuity.
