Perform high-volume data entry and account research to ensure database accuracy during onboarding and transitions. Register homeowners, process and scan documents, update property tax and registered agent status, compile records, obtain data from prior management companies, liaise with internal teams, escalate issues, and ensure timely completion of operational tasks.

The Bookkeeper will generate financial statements, manage transactions, conduct bank reconciliations, and ensure accurate client data entry.
