Leads the organization’s financial health and operational infrastructure, including budgeting, forecasting, accounting, audits, grants tracking, compliance, vendor and facilities management, IT coordination, and internal systems. Partners with executive leadership and the Board on strategy, manages finance and operations staff, and builds scalable workflows for a growing nonprofit.
