Serves as a senior commercial legal advisor to Marketing, Growth, Sales, Partnerships, Product, and Finance. Leads negotiation of marketing, advertising, performance-based, affiliate, media, creator, SaaS, API, licensing, and strategic partnership agreements. Advises leadership on AI, privacy, data, intellectual property, consumer protection, and commercialization risks.
