Lead and grow the South East sales team, launch and leverage the new South Carolina plant, set territory goals, coach and hire reps, develop distributor/contractor/dealer relationships, deliver trainings/certifications, run field promotions, gather competitive intelligence, and travel regionally to support sales and events.
