The Temporary Recruiter manages full-cycle, high-volume recruiting for federal government contracts. Responsibilities include developing React and TypeScript components, operational dashboards, geospatial visualizations, alerts, timelines, camera controls, and interactive workflows. The role collaborates with backend and sensor engineers, maintains design systems, translates requirements into testable features, and participates in Agile planning, design reviews, testing, and CI/CD workflows.

Provides day-to-day HR support, including employee inquiries, onboarding, offboarding, employee relations, HR transactions, reporting, and policy interpretation. Maintains accurate HR records, supports service-center workflows, unemployment claims, labor relations, and workforce data analysis. The role manages capture campaigns for large domestic, intelligence community, and international opportunities while coordinating with proposal, marketing, pricing, and project teams.

Supports enterprise AI transformation through machine learning, generative AI, data science, retrieval-augmented generation, and workflow automation. Responsibilities include data preparation, feature engineering, model development and evaluation, monitoring, dashboard and documentation creation, and secure AI application development. The intern collaborates with IT, AI transformation teams, data stewards, and business stakeholders to deliver practical AI and analytics solutions while following security, privacy, and responsible AI requirements.

Owns the lifecycle, security, and administration of company devices, Mac MDM, user accounts, endpoint controls, networks, servers, backups, logging, and vulnerability remediation.
