Translate business requirements into solutions, define system architecture and data models, oversee development and integrations, enforce coding standards, estimate technical effort, and support sales and client-facing activities.

Serve as Scrum Master for a federal Salesforce delivery team focusing on Experience Cloud and Agentforce AI. Facilitate Agile ceremonies, remove impediments, align sprints with federal ATO/NIST compliance, track and report metrics (velocity, burndown) using Jira/Azure DevOps, coach teams and stakeholders, and ensure continuous delivery and release readiness.

Design and lead Federal Salesforce Service Cloud and Experience Cloud solutions, produce compliant architecture and design documents, liaise with Federal stakeholders, mentor teams, mitigate technical risks, and support Federal bids while ensuring security and Government Cloud Plus best practices.
