Lead and manage end-to-end recruiting for field and corporate roles nationwide. Own Greenhouse as ATS, set processes and data hygiene, coach recruiters across high-volume and professional searches, manage Indeed/vendor spend and recruiting budget, present TA metrics to leadership, optimize sourcing and candidate experience, and meet time-to-fill, offer acceptance, and quality targets.

Support regional partner companies with end-to-end HR operations including onboarding, employee data and HRIS maintenance, weekly payroll administration, benefits and leave administration, compliance and reporting (I-9/E-Verify, W-2/1095), and employee engagement. Provide operational HR support, respond to employee inquiries, and assist with system migrations and audits while partnering with talent acquisition and local management.

Own full-cycle recruiting for outside sales, call center, production, and administrative roles. Partner with regional and local leaders to source, screen, and interview candidates, build talent pipelines, manage candidate flow, track recruiting metrics, support employer branding, and champion a positive candidate experience.
