The Sr. Mechanical Engineer will lead design efforts for varied projects, manage design teams, interact with stakeholders, and produce design documents.

Leads electrical engineering design for construction projects across healthcare, military, airport, and municipal facilities. Responsibilities include managing design teams and schedules, coordinating with architects and owners, conducting evaluations, preparing drawings, specifications, reports, and meeting minutes, and reviewing designs for code and project compliance. Requires national and international project travel, PE registration, and expertise in power distribution, lighting, fire alarms, grounding, and arc flash studies.

Develop and update detailed mechanical designs, models, drawings, and assemblies using Creo. Maintain released engineering documentation in Windchill, apply GD&T and DFM principles, evaluate manufacturability and system integration, and support configuration management, design changes, troubleshooting, prototyping, fabrication, and assembly. Collaborate with multidisciplinary engineering, manufacturing, and operations teams while supporting pressure safety and ASME B31.3 requirements when applicable.

Support MEP engineering teams by developing and maintaining Revit models, BIM standards, families, templates, documentation, and model health. Coordinate models across disciplines, perform clash detection and quality control, troubleshoot Revit workflows, and support AutoCAD interoperability. Contribute to BIM and digital delivery improvements, automation, standards development, and team training across multiple commercial, data center, telecommunications, and industrial projects.

Owns the Databricks platform across environments, including administration, architecture, identity and access, Unity Catalog, networking, security, governance, cost controls, automation, and CI/CD. Advises technical and business teams on scalable platform design, evaluates emerging Databricks capabilities, and partners with infrastructure and security teams. The role requires production Databricks expertise, Terraform proficiency, cloud networking knowledge, strong communication, and architectural judgment.

Build and operate Lakehouse data pipelines, product features, machine learning and generative AI components, testing, monitoring, instrumentation, and documentation. Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and business users to clarify requirements, deliver production solutions, investigate defects, and improve reliability and performance. Participate in code reviews, technical design discussions, and backlog-driven development while following engineering standards and contributing to scalable Data & AI products.

Coordinates Department of the Navy partnership initiatives from concept through agreement execution. Responsibilities include facilitating stakeholder meetings, tracking requirements and action items, managing schedules, drafting agreements and briefings, coordinating legal, financial, real estate, and operational inputs, monitoring risks and dependencies, conducting research, and supporting project reporting and deliverables.
