Build and lead a GTM enablement function in a fast-scaling SaaS fintech environment. Define enablement strategy, onboarding, certifications, AI-first learning (AI Role-Play), sales methodology adoption (MEDDPICC), content governance in Seismic, manager enablement, release adoption, and measurement of impact to ramp, win rates, and retention. Hands-on leader who will create programs, embed AI, partner cross-functionally, and grow a team over time.

Serve as a trusted consultant and product expert for client implementations. Lead discovery, translate business objectives into requirements and user stories, design data mappings, produce configuration documentation, drive testing and validation, and mentor teams to ensure successful SaaS product delivery and long-term supportability.

Lead and grow the Client Support organization, oversee technical support analysts and client advocates, own escalation management, optimize support processes and tooling (ticketing, automation, AI), coordinate with Onboarding and Engineering for go-lives and releases, and drive performance, staffing, and continuous improvement across client support.

Lead account-focused demand generation to drive qualified pipeline for financial-services buyers. Design and run ABM, digital, lifecycle, events, and sales-activated programs; align closely with Sales, Revenue Operations, and Product Marketing; measure pipeline outcomes, diagnose conversion gaps, and use AI/automation to optimize full-funnel performance.

Designs and executes thorough test plans across the development lifecycle, uncovers defects early, ensures functionality, reliability, performance and regulatory compliance, participates in Agile ceremonies, documents knowledge in Confluence, supports release readiness, investigates customer issues, and partners cross-functionally to improve product quality.
