Administer global equity compensation plans, including grants, vesting, settlements, terminations, reporting, reconciliations, and participant transactions. Maintain equity management system integrations, support Section 16 and proxy reporting, ensure tax, securities, accounting, and governance compliance, and partner with Finance, HR, Legal, Payroll, Tax, Audit, and external providers. Analyze equity holdings, improve processes and controls, answer employee questions, and develop participant communications.

Leads digital forensics investigations supporting cybersecurity incidents, legal matters, compliance reviews, and employee misconduct inquiries. Collects, preserves, analyzes, and documents evidence across enterprise systems while maintaining chain of custody.
