Leads complex, cross-functional business and technology projects from initiation through closeout in a regulated Insurtech environment. Manages scope, schedules, budgets, risks, dependencies, vendors, governance, stakeholder communication, implementation readiness, and organizational change. Partners with insurance, product, technology, data, finance, legal, compliance, and external teams while using Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid delivery methods.

Provides project management office support across planning, scheduling, reporting, governance, documentation, stakeholder communication, training coordination, and tool administration. Tracks milestones, risks, issues, deliverables, and action items while maintaining project repositories and PMO standards. Lead and expand Seafarer Marine's nationwide commercial marine underwriting function. Set underwriting strategy, authority levels, pricing, and risk selection. Oversee portfolio performance, partner with actuarial and claims, build broker and carrier relationships, develop underwriting talent, and drive profitable premium growth and product expansion across commercial, ocean, inland marine, and specialty yacht segments.
