Leads technical direction for enterprise software built with C#/.NET, Blazor, and Azure while maintaining transitional React applications. Oversees architecture, production readiness, secure engineering, testing, CI/CD, incident response, delivery planning, and React-to-Blazor migrations. Coaches engineers, coordinates technical execution, manages dependencies and risks, and establishes reusable Microsoft-centric engineering standards. Revit and AEC domain experience are required.

Build and lead AI2IO’s product adoption and training discipline across applications and features. Establish standards for seminars, live training, videos, documentation, onboarding, UAT, release readiness, learning paths, and adoption measurement. Deliver high-impact training, coordinate with Product, Engineering, Customer Success, and support teams, and mentor contributors without formal management authority. Improve content governance, accessibility, self-service, rollout readiness, and ecosystem-wide adoption through evidence-based programs and AI-assisted content workflows.

Owns the organization-wide innovation program and portfolio, including idea intake, technical and business evaluation, prioritization, decision-making, recurring forums, awards, communications, and adoption pathways. Assesses AEC and Revit concepts, identifies duplication, coordinates with engineering and business stakeholders, and guides prototypes toward scalable enterprise solutions. The role also improves program processes, metrics, governance, and workflow automation while presenting updates to leadership and supporting contributors.
