Responsibilities include routing content, tracking project progress, budgets, timelines, resourcing, forecasts, and financial performance; preparing stakeholder updates and reports; and assisting with client communications. The role is fully remote within the United States and requires strong organization, communication, attention to detail, and familiarity with project management tools.

Leads integrated paid media strategy and hands-on campaign execution across programmatic, endemic, EHR, point-of-care, social, search, video, and audio channels. Develops budgets, forecasts, audience strategies, and client recommendations; launches, optimizes, and troubleshoots campaigns in DSPs and other platforms. Builds client relationships, supports business growth, evaluates media partners, develops scalable capabilities, and mentors team members in healthcare media.

Analyze social media performance and social listening for pharma and healthcare clients, build dashboards and reports, translate data into actionable recommendations, and partner with account, content, and strategy teams to guide compliant, data-driven campaigns.
